Hmmm. Who knew that distributing to the U.S. could be so costly??
How strange! The publisher of that book has been slow, slow, slow to get measly net-based royalties to me, although I see the book for sale almost everywhere other LMM-related works are. Obviously, authors get absolutely no royalties on such high-priced resales. Think I’ll list the three copies I have to see if I can pay for a tank of gas.
